Newbie: Getting Ready to Fish Surf City / TopSail

Hi Yall,

I really like the ncangler website and forum. Learned about it while doing Surf City research.

We're getting our gear ready to fish on the ICW, piers or surf.

We'll camp on the ICW and may do some nite fishing.

I've been a saltwater angler from Tidewater, VA and now reside in Raleigh for 15 years.

My spouse is from Kansas with tons of freshwater experience.

My favorite fishing experience: Fishing from the Bonner Bridge and Oregon Inlet shoreline in Nags Head.

My least favorite: Fishing offshore from Oregon Inlet with a bad forecast.
