"schooling" pond bream

I noticed top water action on my pond and had to check it out. It turned out to be bream and they moving and feeding in a well defined group. I followed them in the canoe over half of the pond for ten minutes catching one on nearly every cast. That was a first for me. Anyone else encountered schooling bream?
