Looking for some experienced input.... I have a new CS 198 DLV with a t-top. The t-top basically blocks any use of the console rod holders so I installed some Dubro rod racks under the t-top to keep rods out of the way. If I am in rough water the rods will pop out of the "hook" side of the hanger which is not a fun thing to deal with when negotiating rough seas. The little rubber nubs used to hold the rod in the hook apparently aren't stiff enough so I am looking for some better quality, more reliable overhead racks that will work under a t-top. I like the design of the Taco Metals rod racks with the spring loaded rod clip. Anyone using the Taco rack under a t-top in a rough riding boat? Other options? I appreciate input !!
Thanks,
Bruce
