We had a couple of hours to kill this morning, so we headed off to LKN state park.
I just put down the gear, and was baiting a hook (we were using minnows to try to catch crappie) when my wife called out that she had a big one. Not two minutes after we got to the pier.
Yep. Nice 16.5" spot.
Only fish we caught all day, The rest of the fish must have had lockjaw or something.
