I went fishing on my jet ski this morning for three hours in the rain and four foot seas. I did not catch anything but waves. While out I did mark some decent bait and saw a couple of Humpback whales. I did not take any pictures on the water due to the rain.
Luckily I am not lacking in fish so this evening I thawed out some vacuum packed Striped Bass ( Rockfish) and cooked it up for my wifes weekly art group.
Here is how I did it;
Tonight was back up fish that I caught on Sunday.

I chunked it up into 1-2 inch pieces.

Lightly breaded the pieces and pan fried in a thin film of oil.

Poured a small glass of cooking wine over the fish and simmered for a minute.

Poured in a cup of hot Marsala seasoned sauce and simmered for a couple more minutes till it thickened up.

I made some linguine and poured everything on the pasta.

Served it up to my wife and her friends.

It did not take long to be devoured. Took me longer to clean up!
