Rod repair

I have a vintage offshore rod(brand has been worn off) that the wooden butt has released from the reel seat. the rod is 6'2" with roller tip and really is in great shape other then the name rubbed off.

#1: Can anyone tell me what adhesive to use to secure the butt back to the seat?

#2: Does anyone know where/if I can by the part of the reel seat that the reel actually sits in or would it be easier to just buy a complete new seat? How would I detach the rod from the old seat and then secure the rod to the new seat?
