Hey yall,
Well im not new to fishing at all, i been on the water sense i was little. im in the navy stationed in norfolk va and i come down to new hope, nc to do my fishing with a bunch of my buds at the lodge. i have a 2007 tracker pro team 175 txw with a little mercury 9.9 on it. i got the boat from a friend of mine who did all his fishing on the lakes up here in va where a 9.9 was all he could have, and sense ive had it i been looking for a bigger engine, but for now the little 9.9 does just fine and let me tell ya, its great on gas :) ok well i figured i would get up on here and try and see what kinds of baits and things others use to go out and have a good day on the water. in the past year or so i aint been doin vary good in the waters down by new hope, and i really would like to start bringing in more fish. i use livers, eal, and shrimp and i just let it rest on the bottom, i dont know what else is any good. i fish for anything and everything that will take the hook. so i didnt know if yall would have an idea that i could try for bait or a new way of rigging it up.
