Fished the Neuse today in Goldsboro from around noon till 5pm. Fishing was pretty slow, alot of small bites and a few good hits that didnt connect, might have been gar. Got 2 tiny channel cats and my new personal best flathead, my scales showed right about 25 pounds. Used cut shad, live brim and cut brim, the flathead ate a brim head.
