Had a spare minute this afternoon!

REALLY slow at work today, so I decided to jet home and spend some time with the wife before she heads out of town for work. Well, it just so happened that she had things to do, so I had some free time. I headed down to Bobby's for a little f.k.r. (fishing, kayaking, relaxation).

I got there to see the wheels were on, FULL BLAST. But I'm Hardcore, and I didn't let that stop me. I paddled north through the turbulence. Had a good day today with 6 totals. 5 spots and 1 LMB. Averaged around 13 inches I guess, only measured one fish. Smallest being about a 9 inch large jaw and a 16.5 in spot.

Had a tragic loss today. If you look closely at my bump board, the rear piece that slides out for the higher lengths is missing. I usually slide it out for measurements for stability across both legs. When I slid it open in my left hand with fish in the right, the extension slid out and kept on going. Let me tell you, the bumpboard by Plano DOES NOT FLOAT. Other than that, it was a great day on the water.
